(iii) in determining the number of members to be

elected to individual District Boards, the

Governor must have regard to those

recommendations;

to the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance (Cap.

288) transfer the functions presently performed by

the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs under that

Ordinance to the Commission; and

(e) to the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201)

subject the Commission to the provisions of that

Ordinance.
