(a) to create a new election committee constituency

number of its elected Members (clauses 51(b)(i) and

63);

to provide for the election of elected Members in the

respect of the election committee constituency

(clause 50(b) and (c)) and to limit elections to fill

casual vacancies (clause 52);

to provide for the qualification for registration as

an elector in respect of the election committee

constituency (clauses 56 (a) and 63) and the

disqualifications of such elector from voting (clause

58 (a) (i));

(d) to restrict the registration where a person is

entitled to be registered in more than one functional

constituency or in both the election committee

constituency and a functional constituency (clause

57);

(e) to specify the 3 systems of voting and counting at

elections in respect of the election committee

constituency, the functional constituencies for the 2

Municipal Councils and rural sector and all the other

functional constituencies (clause 55);

to provide for the qualifications for nomination as a

candidate in an election (clause 59);

to substitute a new Schedule 2 (clause 64) in which

(i) the electorate of certain functional
