" (1A)

An election to elect all the elected

Members of the Legislative Council in respect of

the election committee constituency shall be

held

(a)

in 1995; and

(b)

in each succeeding fourth year

after an election is held under

this subsection."; and

(c) by adding

" (3A) If the Governor appoints different

dates for holding different elections under this

section, the date for holding the second

election shall not be more than 7 days after the

date for holding the first election."
