"6A. System of voting and counting
(1) At every contested election voting at a poll shall be
conducted by secret ballot.
(2) The votes shall be given and counted in accordance
with the simple or relative majority system of election
(otherwise known as the "first past the post" system of
election) whereby the elector shall vote for no more than one
candidate and the candidate in a single-seat constituency
