Amend the Boundary and Election Commission Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Boundary and Election

Commission (Amendment) Ordinance 1993.

2.

Report on boundaries

Section 19 of the Boundary and Election Commission Ordinance

(40 of 1993) is amended

(a) in subsection (3)

(i) in paragraph (a) by repealing ", (b) or

(ii)

(c)";

in paragraph (a) (ii) by repealing "and" at

the end;

(iii)

by adding

"(aa)

in the case of an election

referred to in section 18 (b) or

(c)

(i) not later than 30 April

(ii)

1994; and

thereafter, at

intervals of not more
