Non-acceptance of office

Section 14 is amended -

(a) in subsection (1), by repealing "an appointed, elected

or representative member" and substituting "a member";

(b)

in subsection (2), by repealing "reappointed or".

Substitution of members

Section 16 is repealed.

Publication of notice of vacancy

Section 18 is amended

(a) in paragraph (a)

(i) in subparagraph (i), by repealing "or" at the

in subparagraph (ii), by adding "or" at the

end;

election of an offence referred to in

section 19 (1) (g) (ii) or (iv) of the

(b) by repealing paragraphs (b), (ga) and (gb).
