On behalf of "Full Democracy in '95," I would like to present to you our demand that all 60 seats in the Legislative Council should be directly elected in 1995.

We believe that only a truly democratic system can protect and preserve our freedoms and the rule of law. Thus we urge the British Government to take urgent steps to expedite the process for full democratisation.
