"(1) An ex officio member shall not be

entitled to attend, take part in or

vote at any meeting of the Regional

Council if he -";

by repealing paragraph (d) and

substituting

"(d) is disqualified from holding

office as an ex officio member under

any enactment; ";

local, of any place (other than

the People's Republic of China)

outside Hong Kong; "

in paragraph (g), by adding ",

(g), by adding ", but nothing

in this paragraph shall affect his

entitlement to attend, take part in or vote
