1 One outstanding issue on this visit is the question of what sightseeing the FAC would like to do We have provisionally left room after Lunch and a wash-up session on 14 October: the group going to Shanghai would have about an hour; the others would have about two. We could ask the NPC to arrange something or the members might prefer to have free time. We should be grateful for views as soon as possible to ensure that the members' wishes can be met.
