Visit of the Foreign Affairs Committee to Hong Kong

my letter of 10 September, we have now sent out invitation letters in the name of the FAC.
We have not received all responses yet, but I have tried to flesh out a more detailed programme in the light of the information available. A copy of the programme is attached.
I will further update the programme once
