I mentioned to you that the Foreign Affairs Committee would like to see Mr Patten when he was next in London in early April. I understand that it is the Hong Kong Government office in London who would be responsible for putting his programme together. The Committee Clerk, Helen Irwin, has asked if we could let HKGO know of the Committee's interest in seeing him.
