VISIT TO LONDON BY LEGISLATIVE COUNCILLOR, MR RON ARCULLI,

22-23 APRIL

Mr Arculli will be visiting London next week and has asked

if he could call on Mr Goodlad for a brief talk.

2. I recommend that the Minister should agree to see him. A

provisional appointment has been pencilled into Mr Goodlad's

diary for 10.30am on 23 April.

Mr Arculli is well known to the Minister. He is one of the

more open-minded members of the Cooperative Resources Centre: and

it would be useful to have his views of the current mood in

LegCo following the agreement to hold talks with China.
