As I have said, where you disagree with former Governor's
proposals you should consider putting forward specific
alternative.
The three official members of LegCo should not vote in
constitutional debate? As Governor has made clear, every vote in LegCo should have equal weight. Illogical for Governor's
officials not to support Governor's proposals.
