(9) Paragraph 17 is amended by repealing "28" and substituting

Drug Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds) Ordinance as modified

(1)

Section 3 (3) of Schedule 3 is repealed and the following

substituted

" (3)

A person (however described in the proceedings in the

designated country) against whom, or in relation to whose

property, an external confiscation order has been, or may be,

made is referred to in this Ordinance as "the defendant"

( 被告 ).".

Section 7(1)(a) is repealed and the following substituted

in relation to an external confiscation order

(ii)

(i) made in respect of specified property, the

property which is specified in the order;

which may be made as the result of proceedings

which have been, or are to be, instituted in a

designated country, the property which may be

specified in the order; and".

Section 10 (2) is repealed and the following substituted

" (2) A restraint order may apply to any realisable

property, including property transferred to a person after the

making of the order.

Section 10(4) (a) and 11 (3) (a) are amended by adding "of

the Drug Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds) Ordinance (Cap. 405)"

after "section 29".
