The current ranking of the purely administrative staff is not
enough to provide adequate support for the Judiciary
The post of one of the two Deputy Registrars (the other
being the Senior Master) was created mainly for administrative
purposes. This should now be divested of judicial functions and become
pcst subordinate to the Judiciary
