the Governor submitted, vide his letter of 3 February 1993, six applications for appointment as Queen's Counsel to the Secretary of State for consideration. In accordance with normal convention, we are aiming at announcing the new appointments in Hong Kong on Maundy Thursday (8 April 1993).
