In China Inchape Pacific has 5 representative offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. In 1992 it established a wholly owned trading operation (Inchcape (Shanghai) Trading) in Pudong dealing in consumer products business machines, industrial products, motor vehicles etc. Inchcape also operates a number of joint ventures in China.

In Taiwan Inchape has eight businesses involved in marketing and services. In Vietnam Inchcape Pacific opened a representative office in Hanoi in 1988 (only the third foreign company allowed to do so) and a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1989 and in Cambodia opened a representative office in Phnom Penh in 1992.
