1. We have been advised by Lord Prior that he intends to raise with the Minister the proposed Cheung Ma railway project. He may also raise the question of providing space for the British Chamber of Commerce in the new Consulate General building. I submit briefing on these two subjects. Miss Bouch of this Department will take a note of the meeting.
