3. I have noted that you will wish to submit further candidates for other posts falling vacant in 1994. However, I should advise you that there have been changes affecting the departures of the current incumbents from the three posts you list. St Helena is now vacant in August 1994, Tortola in December 1994 and Ascension Island has been delayed until June 1995. In any event the timing you propose for circulating HMOCS AOS in September with a view to forwarding your recommendations in October/November should allow sufficient time for our Selection process.
