HMOCS: DRAFT COMPENSATION SCHEME
1. I attach a copy of a draft circular letter which HKG propose to send to all HMOCS officers once HMG's proposed arrangements have been put to the HMOCS Association and formally agreed by HMG.
2.
Mike Waters may have shown you a copy of this draft when you were in Hong Kong. He has asked us to seek your advice on whether it is legally in order and conforms with the arrangements set out in the draft compensation scheme. Any other general comments on the draft would also be welcome.
3.
I would be grateful if you would examine the draft when you have time. There is no hurry about this as it is unlikely that the letter can issue before March next year.
