HMOCS : Draft Co pensation Schène

I attach a draft of a circular letter which we intend to send to all HMOCS officers once HMG's proposed HMOCS arrangements have been put to the HMOCS Association and formally agreed by HMG and when we have gone to ExCo locally.

The

letter

covers implementation of the arrangements for general right to retirement. This in itself will be a very complex, time consuming and sensitive exercise and the sooner we make a start on it the better. My initial thinking is to issue the letter sometime in early 1994 and give officerS until 31 December 1994 to reply. A six month period in which to consider and reply is the absolute minimum.

letter to in order, compensation amendments.

I should be grateful if you would refer the draft Paul Fifoot for his confirmation that it is legally conforms with the arrangements set out in the draft scheme and for any general comments or suggested
