ANNEX II shows the payment position of an officer who stays
on after the transfer of power until the end of the draw down period;
ANNEX III shows the payment position of an officer who
chooses to retire voluntary during the draw down period;
ANNEX IV shows the payment position of an officer who is
chooses to retire voluntary before the transfer of power; and
ANNEX V shows the payment position of an officer who attains
his normal retirement age during the draw down period. [NOTE: The payment position of an officer who is required to retire during the draw down period falls into this category.]
Alex has prepared another set of examples showing the payment position of an offcer in similar retirement circumstances but subject to a CAP. Please let me know if you want them.
