4. When the Minister met the Association Committee in Hong
Kong in October, they called for early notice of HMG's plans.

the HMOCS Association advising that decisions have been taken on
a package of benefits which will contain all four key elements requested by the Association, and that we are now finalising the technical details of the schemes with a view to making them
available in advance of their AGM on 6 December. This
