DRAFT COMPENSATION SCHEME
This and the next two faxes contain a further. redraft.. of the Compensation Scheme and a commentary on various points. The draft takes account of Mike Waters letters of 30th March and 6th April and Alan McDonald's faxes of 4th and 25th May, as discussed during our meeting on 26th May. The decisions taken at that meeting have resulted in a somewhat enlarged draft !

Title: I have altered the order of the title. "Chinese" rcasons I would be inclined to omit the reference to "retirement" even though we do include a right to retire.
