HNOCS officers : Home Civil Service Opportunities

It was good to see you and your team a couple of weeks ago at our meeting in the FCO.

I have had a request from an HMOCS officer about Home Civil Service opportunities. I recall that a year or two ago you mentioned a scheme for direct open recruitment of experienced officers aged between 35 and 51 at Principal level. There were, I think, some age or qualifications concessions for members of HM Forces and HMOCS.
