A The Limited Compensation Scheme contains special commutation factors for officers below normal retirement age. We would hope to negotiate 3imilar provision for HMOCS officers.
The two questions on compensation instalments and subsequent payments, may again fall away in the light of Treasury letter.
1. The content of pages 06 and 07 would appear to be more political than cechnical and we have no particular points to raise.
