All that said, we have today been approached by the legal firm Sinclair Roche who have advised us that their London Office has approached "the FCO" with an offer from a client to purchase the vessel. We are told that 'FCO has no objections' but are seeking chapter and verse. Subject to the outcome, and any light which you may be able to throw on this situation, this may provide an alternative way forward.
