I enclose a copy of the U.S. paper on trading patterns of those FRY owned/controlled vessels remaining in operation (our Telno 1165 refers). You will see that the vast majority are operational in the Far East.

I understand that the Americans intend to give this list a wide distribution: including to the Sanctions Committee.
