Food may be provided by the Services where Usual charges will be raised.
COMMAND AND SIGNAL
14. Command. Accreditation procedures include correspondents giving an undertaking to comply with instructions given to them by a senior PR officer. In the event of dispute CBFHK may order the removal of a correspondent from the operational
area.
15. Communications. The media will use local communications whenever these are working. In the event of failure or absence of commercial links, correspondents may use Service communications on a time available basis at costs charged to their organisations. The use of any communications equipment brought by correspondents must be cleared by DPR (HK) with communications staff.
