Matter for printing, whether in English or Chinese, will need to be typed on GF 390. (Ideally, departments will have done this before passing their material to Printing Department.) Thereafter paper plates will be made and copies run-off.

During an emergency, any Government officer who possesses a normal civilian driving licence is permitted, under GR 287, to drive a Government vehicle provided it falls within the categories shown on the officer's driving license. Thus team members use the office saloon car for delivery of finished products. The spare key for this vehicle is kept in the key-box at the General Office.
