Domestic Arrangements

At the earliest
sign that the contingency plan may have to be activated, the CEO/DS will acquire an oven to be kept in the pantry (or if one is already there, check that it is working). The camp beds and blankets kept in the store-room should also be made ready for use.
29.
When informed by the AOSG'C' of the activation of plan, the CEO/DS will arrange for suitable foodstuffs (bread, tinned food, coffee, etc.) to be stocked in the pantry. The quantity should be sufficient to cater for seven persons working round the clock for seven days. CEO/DS will also arrange for daily replenishment.

CEO/DS will inform the building management the fact that the Department will be working round the clock until further notice.
Transport Arrangements

The CEO/DS will ask the Government Land Transport Agency to meet any transport requirements. If GLTA cannot help, and if other possibilities are exhausted, the GSECC will be approached for
assistance.
Expenditure
32.
As far as
CTEL, the AOSG'C' incurring any unusual
practicable, prior agreement of or the DS should be sought before expenditure. Should this be impracticable, one of them should be informed at the earliest possible opportunity after it has been incurred.
Where cash payment is required, officers should pay in the first instance and approach the DS for reimbursement with the relevant receipts.
