Supplies

Department will not normally deliver any stores. Departments will therefore have to send representatives with transport to collect them. These representatives should be in possession of written authorizations which should include their names and identity card numbers.

5.

After

checking the identity of the representatives, DGS is authorised to issue stores subject to availability, unless he has grounds to doubt the genuineness of the demand. Representatives will be required to endorse the receipt with their names and ID card numbers.

GSD will be responsible for loading stores on to departmental transport.
