This part sets

the emergency organisation of EMSD which will be activated in the case of civil disturbance.

The Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services will be responsible for the maintenance of vehicles (including non-Government vehicles if necessary), plant and electrical and mechanical installations, as well

the operation of certain plant and electrical and mechanical installations at Government premises such
