DCA will keep the Information Services Department informed by telephone or teletype link of all emergency arrangements made which affect the airlines, passengers and members of the public and will, through ISD, advise the public when the Airport is closed to air traffic and when a limited or full operation is going on.
40.
ISD news releases will be relayed to the DCA by the Director of the Royal Observatory by the teleprinter link to the Airport.
