This is the only gas holder outside the gas works and is manned 24 hours by compressor attendants and is guarded from 0700 hours to 2300 hours daily.

The Company requires 2,000,000 litres of fresh water per day for boilers and coolers.

Electricity

In the event of a power failure, auxiliary generators could provide power for up to one week. The power produced would be sufficient to continue gas production.
