STATEMENT ON THE DEFENCE ESTIMATES 1993: THIRD DRAFT

I attach relevant sections of the MOD's third draft of the Statement on the the Defence Estimates 1993 (whose publication is now scheduled for early July). This has been significantly changed from previous drafts.

I would be grateful for any comments by COP on Friday 7 May.
