On 22 June, ExCo reconsidered the pay adjustment issue and

(a) petition to the Governor and demand a meeting with him within 10 days to discuss the setting up of a Committee of Inquiry or an independent
arbitration
mechanism to examine the pay dispute forward;

(c) boycott the Senior Civil Service Council meeting.
(d) boycott the Civil Service Charity Walk organised by CSB. In order to gain community support, they may organise their own walk and pledge to donate part of
backpayment 'shortfall', if any, to the Community Chest;
