I confirm all facts as stated in the Affidavit of NGUYEN THI HANH with regard to all matters concerning the interviews with Mr. Ho on 30 November and 2 December 1992 and the events which took place thereafter and are within my personal knowledge. I confirm all facts reported in the Affidavit of NGUYEN THI HANH with regard to all matters concerning DINH THI BICH CHINH and LE TU PHUONG that are within my personal knowledge notwithstanding anything I was previously constrained to say.

5. I fear for the well-being of my sister if she returns to Vietnam. I fear for my own well-being because of the attention I have been receiving since the visits of Mr. Ho.
