Paragraph 7 of the Notice deals with gifts, loans and passages made available by the Government. Gifts which may be accepted (but not solicited) under paragraph 7(a) include those made in accordance with CSR 448 (gifts on retirement). Gifts and loans of money which may be solicited or accepted under paragraph 7(b) include those permitted under CSR 477 (legal
