In accordance with section 12 (2A) of the Audit Ordinance (Chapter 122), I hereby transmit a copy of the Report of the Public Accounts Committee (and its Annex) on the Report of the Director of Audit on the accounts of the Hong Kong Government for the year ended 31 March 1992 and the results of value for money audits. Section 12 (2A) of the Audit Ordinance also requires that the report be laid before the Legislative Council, this has been done on 10 February 1993.
