I enclose a copy of a letter received from Building and Lands. The amendment, without asking, meets one Derek Savage's concerns as stated in his fax to you of 8 December, ie it is recognised that the factor in Special Condition 14 (a) should be one fifty-fourth not one fifty-fifth.

2. The amendment to Special Condition ii causes, I believe, no problems.

3. can you confirm that the prospective Grantes is as stated. I would have thought that this should be expanded to read" .... of Her Britannic Majesty's Government"?

4. Any ideas when I can go back on acceptance on the FTG itself, subject to any changes we propose?
