5. So there we are. We need a good fall-back. My wife and I have consulted three leading property agencies and studied a variety of houses and flats (30 or more) in our rental range. None was even a starter. The Kadoorie offer in Repulse Bay is the only realistic option I or anyone else we have consulted in Hong Kong has yet come up with. It is not perfect but it is in a higher league than any other we know of.
