I accept special condition 14 paras 1 and 1(a) as amended by JSM.

(1) para 1(b) reference to an independant arbitrator would be welcome. Ms. Brooks may recommend a different source of overall international experience. A chartered surveyor could advise the arbitrator on property aspects. She may also agree that the appointee should act as an arbitrator and not as an expert as JSM suggest.

(11) If government exercises right to terminate they should bear all costs of arbitration (line 10).

(iii) I prefer original drafting of line 11 to reinforce our entitlement to the cost of equivalent reinstatement in all respects not just in accommodation terms.
