There is a lack of toilet facilities at this level. Consideration should be given to the minimum provision of 1 unisex facility for each of the B1/1A and B12/B19 suites.

Entrance to B12/B19a suite should be via side staircase adjacent to existing B14.

The lift lobby area is wasted at this level as the lifts will not normally be used to this floor and will be blocked off. On the other hand B12/19A suite is on tight side. To gain some extra space for the B12/19A suite consideration should be given to moving the internal staircase nearer to the lift and utilising the "old" staircase space for the B12/19a suite.

The requirements of B12/19a suite have altered as detailed below and these will entail revised layout changes:
