A4 size sets of drawings were given to each member of the Committee. In addition sets of 1: 200 scale PSP drawings plus ground site plan and east and west elevations of the competition drawings were distributed as follows: -

The Committee queried the VIP drop-off point. Mr Smith explained that the Architect had originally located it at the level One entrance from the car park: technically this is still feasible but it is not possible to improve the interior design for the whole coute to the level entrance ( now the staff entrance) except at great expense. The Committee subsequently agreed that the VIP drop-off point remain as shown in the current plan.

No other issues were discussed in detail and the Committee concluded that it was now better to take time out to appraise the presentation proposals before giving their concerted views at the next meeting scheduled for 14 October 1992.
