1. As forecast in my minute of 29 October to Mr Hum, I
attach a copy of the preliminary sketch plans for the future Consulate-General together with costings of including an additional 30 car-parking spaces. I also attach a copy of
the paper on the transition from the BTC which has been revised in the light of comments received from Mr Day's Consultative Committee. The Steering Committee will be invited to approve this paper for use in the staffing review which we are proposing to ask MRS to conduct in 1993.
