the purpose of determining the permissible gross floor area of the building or buildings erected or to be erected lót in accordance with these Conditions, and

the notwithstanding

there shall be included in the calculation of gross floor area, in the case of

not having external walls, the area contained within the external perimeters of such floor and the Grantee shall make no objection or claim on this account.

Notwithstanding the terms of these Conditions, the Government shall, in exercising its powers, act at all times in conformity With

any international obligations that may be

applicable.
