Grantee shall not use any fuel on the lot or any part thereof Or in any building or any part of any building erected

to be erected thereon other than town gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, kerosene or other conventional liquid fuel with a sulphur content not exceeding 0.5% by weight and viscosity of not more than 6 centistokes at 40°C, or a conventional solid fuel with a sulphur content not exceeding 1% by weight.

The Grantee shall not discharge directly indirectly

permit or suffer to be discharged into any public Sewer, storm-water drain, channel, stream-course or any trade effluent or foul or contaminated water or cooling hot water without the prior written consent of the Director Environmental Protection, who may as a condition of granting consent require the Grantee to provide, operate and maintain at the Grantee's own expense, within the lot or otherwise and to the satisfaction of the Director of Environmental Protection suitable works for the treatment

A salt water supply from Government mains will be given for flushing purposes, and the Grantee will be required to accept this supply and to install plumbing capable of withstanding the

salt water. If a salt supply is not available when required, a temporary mains water supply will be provided for flushing purposes. The temporary fresh water supply if required, and the ultimate salt given on the usual terms and subject to Waterworks Ordinance or any enactment
