prestressed ground anchors are installed with approval of the Director, either within or beyond the site boundaries, upon development or re-development of the lot any part thereof, the Grantee shall at his own expense carry out regular maintenance and regular monitoring of the prestressed ground anchors throughout their service life to the satisfaction of the Director and shall supply to the Director such reports and information on all such monitoring works as the Director may from time to time in his absolute discretion require. If the Grantee shall neglect or fail to carry out the required monitoring works, the Director may forthwith execute and carry out the monitoring works and the Grantee shall on demand repay to the Government the cost thereof.
