1. Thank you for your fax of 7 August.
I will circulate the terms of reference and will aim to hold the first meeting before I go to London in mid-September. We can discuss arrangements for studying the latest Farrell design as well as one or two other matters that we are getting started on, eg working with JLG and POLAD on personality notes and putting together a communal library.
2. Your point about the business group is right. It will be helpful for us to have a "panel" to keep us abreast of what the main British companies are thinking.
3. Only two pages of your paper on the Transition arrived. Could we please be sent paras 5-14 inclusive and I will then copy it around for comments.
